Puzzle 6 – Sunflower
The flower-shaped red foil patch on the back of the note is based on the image of a sunflower head linked to Alan Turing’s morphogenetic (study of patterns in nature) work in later life.
Solution
This one is relatively simple. The clues are straightforward and then you just need to deduce where they can logically fit in the sunflower puzzle.
Not that there are two shared letters per word.
The first word to enter is JANMAAT as it’s the only one that fits in _ A _ _ A A T.
This then forces you to insert DOGMEAT, then CONTRAT, then BASTIAT and so on…
The answer is MARGOT.
