      This is an excellent case for the Galaxy S3. It is a nice tight fit on the phone but it is also reasonably easy to put on and remove. The material is a semi rigid TPU so it has the protection qualities of both a silicon and a hard case and none of the ridiculous dust attraction found in silicon cases. The material also has a nice grip so it will not slip out of your hand but does not add much bulk. The case has a very nice lay on the table design to protect the screen when laid flat on a surface or from any face down drops. All the port cut outs are in the correct places so there are no access problems. The power and volume buttons are covered but they both work correctly with a nice feedback from them although you do have to press them a touch harder than without the case but this is not an issue. Overall I am very impressed with the case and would definitely recommend to any Galaxy S3 owners.

      This case is amazing! It doesn't make phone too big and most importantly offers a great protection.
      There are two different sizes of corners which you can change.
      5 black - small, and 5 red - bigger; 1 extra corner of each colour included in case you lose or damage one.
      Case is made of thick silicone and corners made of soft rubber.
      Hole for charger, speakers and mute button are cut perfectly.
      Offers face down protection as well.
      It is very clever designed, really is!!!
      It is a bit tricky to put on but not a big problem.
      Power button is a bit hard to press but again not a problem for me.
      In the front case overlaps the screen protector and does not lift it up.
      Overall very good buy and very much recommended to everyone who, like me, eventually drop things especially phones.

      SO, I bought this product on the strong recommendation of a friend, and what I saw myself - I had a simple plastic case on my phone, and he had one of these - that looked kind bulky and inconvenient.

      He claimed it was brilliant, and that he had dropped it several times and suffered no damage to his phone. Nothing my cheaper case couldn't keep up with.

      And then came the real test. A hotel bar, middle of the evening relaxing with a beer after a long day. A young kid from the next table comes over, and is talking. His brother's keeping an eye and the kids just being friendly. Nothing of. Suddenly, the kid picks up my friends phone off the table, and throws it a good 25 - 30 feet across the bar.

      Kid's mum is mortified, the brother has the kid and is dragging him towards the parents. Dave's unfussed. Finds the phone under the seats it went under, dusts it off. No damage at all, works perfectly.

      I had my one on order in under 5 minutes. And we're still laughing. If it can take that, then I'll call it good.

      I decided to opt for this case after reading a number of reviews saying that my usual CaseMate preference fits too tightly on the One X and I am not disappointed so far. First off this seems like a top quality product. It comes with two protective layers; a rigid soft silicon layer and an outer tough layer of high quality plastic. They fit together perfectly and the phone fits inside those two comfortably, yet securely. There is a 3mm protective lip around the screen, meaning that even if you put the phone face down on a table, the screen will never touch it. Despite this, I would recommend getting a screen protector, something any touch screen device should have. The product description claims that the case is shock absorbant, but I have a feeling that this is exagerrated a little bit as the silicon seems too rigid to be classed as shock absorbant. I have no doubts that it will protect my phone when dropped, but I am a little cynical about its shock absorbance claim not transferring any energy to the phone. This with the lack of included screen protector (something a lot of complete cases come with) means I am knocking off 1 star.

      Overall I'd say this a top product, well worth a buy if you want complete protection for your phone. I recommend coupling it with the InvisibleSHIELD screen protector, but that can be a little pricey. 4/5.

      I hadn't realised this was being shipped from the US. I ordered this as it was the only case similar to the Otterbox that was available for the One X. The Otterbox for the One X isn't currently available in the UK, which is their loss. This case comes in 2 pieces - it says 3 layers, but layers 1 and 2 are combined into one piece, and layer 3 is a second separate piece (similar to the Otterbox). It is slightly bulkier than the Otterbox Commuter, but I feel the design is more robust. My previous Otterbox for the Desire HD started to crack at the bottom, because the hard polymer covered all 4 sides, only the 4 corners were exposed to the soft polymer. However, this Ballistic case has both the top and bottom sides completely covered by the soft polymer, so it is less likely to crack, since the longer sides are usually where you hold the phone. The Otterbox Commuter is more streamlined, whereas the Ballistic is a bit more rugged.

      Wer ein so teures und hochwertiges Handy sein eigen nennt, der möchte es auch sicher vor Kratzern, Schmutz und Stößen schützen. Hier kommt nun ein Case ins Spiel.
      Es gibt viele Anbieter für solche auf dem Markt. Nach langem Suchen bin ich dann zu diesem gelangt, welches mich schon im Internet überzeugt hat.
      Die Firma Ballistic legt hier genau auf die Dinge wert, auf die auch ich Wert legte. Und dies zu solch einem günstigem Preis.
      Gut, das Handy ist bei weitem nicht mehr so schmal und leicht wie ohne. Aber sind wir doch mal Ehrlich, wo soll der Schutz ohne mehrgewicht denn auch herkommen. Es ist rundum gut und sicher verpackt. Auf der Herstellerseite: [...] kann man sich auch über die Tests der Cases informieren.
      Ich habe bisher kein Case gefunden was bei einer Fallhöhe von 4,75 Metern bestanden hätte. Okay, wer wirft sein Handy aus dieser Höhe auf harten Boden? Keiner, zumindest nicht mit Absicht. Aber wie sagt man so treffend: "Gut zu wissen daß ich es könnte"!

      Kommen wir nun zum Detail:
      Das Case (Vor- und Rüchseite) liegen sehr griffig in der Hand. Die extra Silikonhülle ist etwas rutschig, aber wie ich schon gelesen habe, wird diese noch griffig.
      Das Holster ist gut verstellbar und das Case rastet dort sicher mit und ohne Silikonhülle ein. Allerdings ist die Nutzung des Holsters für die Verwendung eines Kabelheadsets nicht geeignet. Aus diesem Grund ist der Anschluss auch nicht offen! Ein Stecker wäre auch hinderlich bei der Entnahme des Telefons aus dem Holster. Von daher sehr gut gelöst.
      Wer ein Headset benutzen möchte ist hier mit einem Funkheadset besser beraten.

      Folgende Anschlüsse des IPhones sind im Case mit und ohne Silikonhülle wie folgt Abgedeckt bzw erreichbar:

      Ein-/Aus Taste ist per Silikon abgedeckt und daher absolut Staubdicht.
      Lautstärketasten ebenfalls per Silikon komplett abgedeckt.
      Klingelton-/Vibrationschalter ist mit einer Abdeckung aus Silikon geschützt, diese läßt sich umklappen und ist gut erreichbar.
      Lightning und Headsetanschluß sind ebenfalls mit dieser Abdeckung versehen. Auch hier gilt umklappen und der Anschluß liegt frei.
      Lautsprecher unterhalb des IPhones ist staubgeschützt abgedeckt mit einer Art Netz. Somit ist das Klingeln ohne Einschränkungen hörbar. Dies gilt auch für das Mikrofon.
      Die Hauptkamera und deren LED-Blitz sind nicht abgedeckt aber rundherum gut geschützt.
      Die Facetimekamera, der IR-Sensor und der Hörer besitzen eine Aussparung im Displayschutz.

      Persönliches Fazit nach so viel Text:
      Wer den besten Schutz des Handys bei allen Outdooraktivitäten will und dabei ein funktionales Design haben möchte, für den ist dieses Case optimal. Es macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck und ist sehr gut konstruiert um den bestmöglichen Schutz zu bieten.
      Einzig der Displayschutz liegt nicht 100%ig am Display an, dies wird aber nicht als störend empfunden. Durch die Öffnung am Hörer kann dabei auch Staub eindringen! Einmal das Case öffnen, nachdem es in den Sand gefallen ist und Reinigen dann ist alles wieder gut.
      Wer mit diesem kleinem Manko leben kann, für den ist dies hier eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

      Ich hoffe ihr habt auch so viel Freude an diesem Case wie ich.

      After spending quite a bit of time researching cases, I finally went with Ballistic's case for my iPhone 4s. I am thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of this product. I will go through each aspect of what makes this case great. First off, the fit is superb. Many reviews of other cases mentioned that some of the cutouts were off just enough to be annoying. The Ballistic was designed to not only fit well, but allow all the functionality of your phone. The bottom of the case has 3 cutouts (2 speakers and the charging port) - perfectly cut. The top of the case has a cutout for the headphone jack - perfectly cut. The side of the case has a cutouot for the mute swith - perfectly cut. The back of the phone has a cutout for the camera & flash - perfectly cut. This case also features buttons that go over the buttons on the iPhone S (Volume Up, Volume Down, and Power). These function perfectly. As for the protective qualities of the case, they're fantastic. The case itself is a hardened rubber/plastic/silicone material. They call it a gelskin. The best way I can describe it is that it's similar to the material of a hockey puck or a superball - soft yet firm. I like this more than hard-plastic cases because the Ballistic material has just enough give to absorb any impact (rather than just transfer the force of the impact). The Ballistic case also has a raised lip around both the front and the back of the phone. This means that you can set down your iPhone S on a table and no part of the phone itself will ever touch the table, whether face down or face up. The lip ever-so-slightly covers the front face of your phone around the edges. 100% of the screen is still completely visible. The only thing that is covered is part of that black frame around the edges of your screen. When you're swiping through icons or photos your thumb will brush the lip of this case. Think of it like this: Slide your hand across a table or countertop until it falls off the edge - that's a naked iPhone screen. Now imagine a slight lip at the edge of the tabletop - that's the Ballistic case. It's not a big deal to me. It's worth it to have the front-of-screen protection. Additionally, the most important feature of this case is the 4 bumpers that protect your phone against corner impact. Before buying this case, I dropped an iPhone and it landed on its corner, which instantly cracked the glass on the front of my phone. If I had the Ballistic case at that time, the bumpers would have easily absorbed that impact. The Ballistic case comes with 2 sets of bumpers - standard and XL. The bumpers can be switched out easily whenever you feel like it. You get 5 standard bumpers (which are black) and 5 XL bumpers (which are red). It's 1 bumper for each corner + 1 extra. On a smooth table, the Ballistic case still slides, but not as easily as a naked iPhone S. Some companies make cases with stickier silicone. I suppose it's a matter of preference. The Ballistic case still allows your phone to slide in and out of your pocket without any trouble. Again, there are stickier cases that have more friction against clothing, if that's your preference. The case feels good in my hand, and provides more grip than a naked iPhone S. The Ballistic case adds a little more bulk to your phone, but nothing major (I use the XL bumpers). I would describe the look as "high-tech rugged." The back of the case is transluscent enough so that you can still see the Apple logo and the word "iPhone." My iPhone S took a hard fall yesterday on ceramic tile and survived completely unscathed. This case rocks.

      Après quelques recherches en magasins et aucune satisfactions sur les protections trouvées pour mon HTC one X, je me suis tourné vers le NET pour mes recherches. Je suis tombé sur cette coque ayant de très bon commentaires et à un prix quasi similaires que certaines protections beaucoup moins bien dans le commerce (merci Amazon c'est sur votre site que je l'ai trouvé le moins cher avec en plus frais de ports gratuits). Aussitôt reçu(en plus livraison le 21 novembre, normalement prévu pour le 23 ...), aussitôt mise. Permet une meilleur prise en main du téléphone et surtout une assurance de sa bonne protection sans pour autant gêner l'utilisation de celui ci.

      日本では販売されてないので先行輸入している所からの購入です。
      お値段もお安かったので。（本家webだと$59.99)

      という事で発売当時に買ったケースから移して2日間使った感想を。
      ・目立たない色から目立つ色まで多種多彩
      　私が買ったのは全面黒のケースですがド派手な色もあります。
      　個性を出したい方もお勧めいたします。

      ・とにかくごつい　けど　安心。
      　iPhone5の薄い・軽い印象を吹っ飛ばすその図体。
      　逆に言えばどんな衝撃にも耐えられそうです。
      　良く床に落としてしまう私でも安心です。

      ・通話・タッチは不自由なし。
      　肝心の使い心地ですが、今のところ問題ないです。
      　スピーカーもきちんと聞こえますし通話も聞こえづらいとかの
      　不具合もありません。　横置き時のスタンド機能もいいですね。

      ・ベルトホルスターはワンタッチ脱着可
      　上のつまみを少し力を入れて押せば外れます。
      　少しの衝撃で外れる心配はなさそうです。

      ・出来ればストラップ付けてくれればなー（×）
      　こういう落としても大丈夫な物はストラップ装着は
      　無いのが殆どですが、職業によっては落ちた先が
      　回収困難or不可能な場所があり、落ちて無事だけど
      　泣く泣く破棄するといった事もあります。
      　こういう時はバンジーストラップと併用するのですが
      　公式で付けてくれるとありがたいかな。

      ・スクリーンプロテクターの耳当て部分の穴が大きい(△)

      色々と書いてきましたが、評価としては4を付けます。
      個人的には不満はストラップぐらいなので。

      iPhone5の薄さ・軽さを捨てて、
      耐衝撃の安心感を手に入れたい方にはお勧めいたします。

      ホルスターの留め具（プラスティック）が7月頃に折れてしまいました。
      と言う事で他の耐衝撃性ケースに乗り換えようか検討しましたが
      値段の安さと相まって引き続き使っていこうと再度注文しました。

      その間胸ポケットの中に入れて解体作業をしてましたが
      前面スピーカーから埃や砂がガッツリ流入してました。
      中に別の保護フィルムをしていたので被害は最小限に防げましたが
      ホルスターを外した状態での防塵性能は低いと思った方が無難です。
